To all teams:

5th Nanning China International Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament will be held from June 13th to 15th, 2008. For a better organization of the tournament, we hereby send you the notice:

1. Check in time and place:

1) Judges sent by Chinese Dragon Boat Association please check into Aoti Hotel on June 9th. Address: No.60, Taoyuan Road, Nanning, Guangxi, contact number: 0771—2191598 .

2) International teams please check into Biyu Hotel on June 11th. Address: No.60, Taoyuan Road, Nanning, Guangxi, contact number: +86—0771—2111688.

3) Domestic teams please check into Nanying Hotel June 11th. Address: No. 20, Shuangyong Road, Nanning, Guangxi, contact number: 0771—5326661.

2. All teams please inform us your arrival flight No., train No. for the convenience to pick you up. Contact number: 0771—2191573.

3. People of earlier arrival, later departure and extra will have to pay for themselves. Food & accommodation expense: 200 RMB/ person / day.

4. All team leaders and coaches please attend the technical meeting at 10 a.m., June 12th.
