We promise that all the participants are healthy, have been trained and can swim 200 meters with light clothes. We’ll observe all the regulations and rules made by the organizers. We will bear the expenses of injury; death and property loss during the racing or travel before and after the race. We will not sue the organizer or individual related directly or indirectly to the 4th Longyou China International Dragon Boat Invitational Tournament for the responsibility of the above-mentioned matters.
